Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any requests after that time frame.
What Qualifies for a Return?
To be eligible, your jacket must be:

Packed in the original packaging
Custom Orders
Since custom jackets are made just for you, these orders are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
What You’ll Need
When reaching out, please have your order number and the email address you used at checkout ready — this helps us locate your order quickly.
How to Get Started
Before sending anything back, just shoot us an email at info@lightcyan-fox-795286.hostingersite.com. We’ll walk you through the process and give you the correct return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
We’ve got you covered! Return shipping is on us. However, please note that the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
Need a Replacement?
